```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems., primarily website and inventory systems.

```Duties:```
- Enter data into our computer systems with speed and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Organize and maintain files and records of data entry activities
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a clerical or office setting preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with data collection, entry, and file management processes
- Knowledge of order entry systems is a plus
